When it comes to special occasion hair, Ana is the stylist for you. For over 13 years she has created signature, one of a kind, cohesive looks for brides and their bridal parties. Whether it's your wedding, prom, or just a special night out, Ana will leave you feeling glamorous.

Anthony is both a Regional Artistic Director for UNITE as well as an Artease Colors educator. He focuses his talents on restoring lack-luster and damaged hair to its full healthy potential. When not in the salon, Anthony keeps busy on the set of photoshoots.

Ashley Robinson is a self-proclaimed skin and waxing junky. Her passion for helping clients find a solution to their challenges grew out of her frustration at finding help for her own skin issues. In fact, a favorite part of her job is producing results for her clients. They come to her with a presenting issue, and she creates a home regimen to supplement their in-salon treatments, empowering them to make a difference in their health and beauty.

In addition to solutions-focused treatments, Ashley loves to pamper her clients! The salon is a retreat, and she goes out of her way to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating environment.

Currently, Ashley offers chemical peels, microdermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, waxing, facials, galvanic, and high frequency. She received her training and certification through the International Academy of Aesthetics and has been practicing for three years.

Brad enjoys all aspects of the hair industry, but his true passion is in cutting. Everything from sassy, fashion-forward styles, simple classic looks to big, sexy hair and straight, sleek styles. When it comes to color work, Brad's philosophy is healthy hair first, then beautiful color. Natural hues are his forte.

Brad treats each and every client the way he would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. If your whole experience at the salon wasn't amazing, then he hasn't met his goal and will do with it takes to make sure everything was perfect.

Jackie's reputation as a makeup artist has led her to work with several of the top modeling agencies in Arizona. She has experience in all aspects of media, including film and commercial print ads. When Jackie is not beautifying the faces of her clients she is treating them to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and full body waxing. In addition, she now offers Nova lash extensions.

Transplanting from Detroit with 12 years of experience, Jaime has the knowledge and confidence to create any look you are going for. She prides herself in taking lifestyle, career, and home into consideration when developing a look for each of her clients, making sure to maintain the hair's integrity throughout. Kristin brings California flare to Dre's with her love of high fashion hair. She has a passion for creating that one of a kind, head-turning look and has used that passion on set at different photoshoots. With advanced work in hair extensions, Kristin is your all-around stylist.

Megan has trained directly under the owner, Andre Aronica, for the past 14 months. Throughout her experience working with him, she has acquired various color techniques which she adds her own personal touches to in order to create your perfect look. Megan loves to be artistic when it comes to working with color and creating different styles that will compliment each client's individual personality. Megan's enjoys and excels with blonde shades and precision cuts.

Megan has been recently awarded with a Post-Graduate Certificate of Achievement from the International Dermal Institute. She is highly driven by gaining results for her clients. Megan believes the most crucial part in any skin treatment is the thorough skin analysis, so every client of hers will receive their own customized procedure and product recommendation to suit their current needs. Megan strives to improve the long-term health and beauty of her clients' skin.

Melissa is a color specialist with 23 years of experience who creates the perfect shade and cut to enhance her clients' skin tone and facial structure. Although she enjoys working with all hair types, Melissa is especially talented with fine and thin textured hair. She is even in the beginning stages of writing a book on the subject.

To keep her clients' look fashionable and current, Melissa attends several educational classes throughout the year to be sure she is up-to-date with the latest styling techniques.

Melissa is also an award-winning nail technician who specializes in pink and white acrylic and the latest soak-off gel manicure systems from OPI and CND.

Growing up surrounded by the hair industry, Roxanna has an innate passion for the field. With over 7 years of experience and developed technique, she can give you a look that is custom-fit for both your facial features and your lifestyle. Roxanna specializes in highlights, color, and has a flair for creative hair styling. Her precision and attention to detail will have you leaving the salon satisfied and looking fabulous.

Shawn likes creating low-maintenance cuts featuring natural colors with unique accents and textures. Having a background in art, he tries to take a contemporary approach to his styles. Shawn's work reflects a modern interpretation of classic techniques with both long and short hair styles.

Tony's main focus is ensuring each and every one of his clients are completely taken care of from the moment they step into the salon. Tony was born and raised in Sicily and studied hair in Italy for over 9 years before moving to the United States. Tony brings a taste of European hospitality to every client in his chair. A master at cutting, he enjoys combining the perfect customer service experience with expert technique to create the overall salon experience.
